Deborah B. McIlhenny

Attorney at Law

Debs has 24 years in state and federal complex litigation, including class actions, mass torts/joinders, and multi-district litigation. Her experience with plaintiffs and defendants includes a broad swath of practice areas: small business and non-profit law, business torts and personal injury, products liability and consumer protection, qui tams, antitrust and price-fixing, and land-based Constitutional rights.

She is licensed in good standing in Kansas and Georgia, and has never been disciplined.
She is admitted to practice in Kansas and the District of Kansas; Georgia Superior Courts; U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 9th and 10th Circuits; the Court of Federal Claims; and the United States Supreme Court.

Debs squeezes fun into her rare, spare time. She road races endurance courses (ChampCar); gardens and does all her yard work by choice; sings with an all-classical-music church choir and with oratorio groups; speaks on inspirational, patriotic, and Constitutional topics; travels; takes care of elderly family and friends; studies nature; and plays piano. And she never has met a fine wine or a formal event she did not like.
