Mr. Robinson practices in the areas of real estate, property and business litigation and advising. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in litigation and has extensive experience in jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. He advises businesses on a day-to-day basis on general matters, with an emphasis on minimizing litigation and regulatory exposure. He advises individuals on real estate and other issues.
After 10 years in Kansas law firms (with the past five as chair of civil litigation at a litigation firm), Ed and his team decided to form Robinson Law Firm, LLC to intensely focus on his practice areas and offer clients greater access to flat-fee and other non-traditional fee arrangements. Ed is the editor of the Journal of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and publishes regularly in his practice areas. See Publications for more information.
When not advising clients or getting ready for trial, Ed enjoys slalom skiing (in the summer), snow skiing (in the winter), traveling (when his wife, Beka, and daughter, can get him away from the office), and restoring classic cars.
