We represent individuals and business in a wide variety of disputes involving real estate and property issues, such as:

• Title insurance litigation
• Boundary disputes (adverse possession, quiet title, etc.)

• Commercial foreclosures
• Construction and remodeling disputes (both commercial and residential)

Transactions

We represent primarily businesses in real-estate transactions. We represent several commercial developers, including hotel developers, and have been involved in the negotiation and purchase/sale of several hotels and other commercial developments.
